DMCA & Copyright Compliance

Effective Date: October 2026

17 U.S.C. § 512 Compliance

TTech respects intellectual property rights and adheres to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) safe harbor provisions. We respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

1. User Content & Local Processing Architecture

TTech operates primarily as a client-side utility suite. Files processed through our converters (such as PDF compression, image resizing, and CSV conversions) execute directly in the user's browser memory and are not hosted or publicly accessible on our web servers. However, to the extent that any content on the website is believed to infringe a copyright, the procedures below govern notice and removal.

2. Requirements for Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a valid notification of claimed infringement must be a written communication provided to our Designated Copyright Agent containing substantially the following elements:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, including the exact URL or link where the material is located.
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Designated Copyright Agent

Please direct all notifications of claimed infringement to our Designated Agent:

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If material you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was mistaken or misidentified, you may file a written counter-notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). A counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it previously appeared.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to federal jurisdiction in the applicable court district.

In accordance with Section 512(i)(1)(A) of the DMCA, TTech maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, access for users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
